Welcome to chronotick
chronotick is a place to discover, rate, and review watches, inspired by similar platforms that are available for other hobbies like movies, board games, fragrances, etc, but seemingly missing for the watch community.
Hi! I'm Andrei, a watch nerd and a software engineer, and together with my amazing wife Alex and yourself I hope to create the place to be if you want to find watch ratings and reviews from the average enthusiast alongside other information that might be of interest when deciding to buy or not to buy a watch.

Yep, we are here. We have to add some water, love, and care to grow into something beautiful.
The beginnings
We are in the starting stage of the project and we do have lots and lots to work on so I hope you will be patient with us while we get everything up to speed.
There are plenty of things coming up and plenty of improvements to what we currently have. We also both juggle full-time jobs at the moment so things might move quite slowly for a while.

Some of our own watch collection. Of course we had to take the chance to show it off.
The watches
We're doing our best to list as many watches as possible in our catalog so you can start adding your reviews to them but it might take a while until we list your favorite watches.
Currently, we are working hard to list a mix of the most popular watches on the market as well as some of the most recent releases. But we do have a lot of catching up to do.

We're not going to grow without your help, that's for sure.
Contributing
Right now you can create your profile with some info about yourself for other users to learn about you and some of your online activity, rate and review the watches you know, and add them to your lists (Have, Had, Want).
If you are making YouTube videos about watches add them to the watch pages for others to find, if you like photography add your photos to the watches and our chronoshots section.
Feedback is of course more than welcomed either through our contact page or even through my WatchCrunch profile.
Speaking of...

More tools, more better isn't it?
Isn't there WatchCrunch already and other forums?
Yep, and we love them. We don't aim to compete with them but to be complementary to them, we aim to be specifically a reviews platform with some extras here and there but not to take over watch discussions in general.
Join us and start reviewing your favorite watches!
