Really nice watch that I keep for smart occasions. I do have more expensive watches in my colections but this fits under a cuff really well and looks a lot more than it costs to be honest.

I've got both a leather and the bracelet and I must say, I keep it on the bracelet when I do wear it. It doesn't have any of the on-the-fly- adjustment that we crave more and more for these days, but it's not a daily wear in my opinion so it suits me just fine. I also wear it a little loose.

The size is about perfect for me and it's pretty slim on my wrist too, so it's a really easy watch to wear!

I love the way it feels on my wrist. The bracelet is amazing and it s everything and more all the reviews say about it. It’s a pretty thick watch but I’m used to that and it doesn’t bother me. I bought it just after the new BB GMT was released as I was concerned this may be mothballed by Tudor as I had my eye on one for a few years and got a great deal to get one new and I couldn’t be happier. I already own another Tudor which was a gift, so another BB58 wouldn’t have sat as well in my collection as this and by gods it sits well in it. It’s not been on many adventures yet, but there’s plenty of time for that.

So I didnt plan on buying this watch, I was after a Hamilton Field Khaki Titanium and I bought this instead. You could say the AD up sold (which I guess they did) but I got a fantastic deal - enough to buy the Hamilton and more for the difference, which promptly got sold a few months later - this Tudor is still with me.

So back to this BB58 (SS 925) I love its size and how comfy it is on the wrist. Also its so clear too. I'm looking forward to how the silver will tarnish too. I've got various metals on my watch collection and so letting this sterling silver one go will be great to see - it is slowly changing BTW. It's too easy just to have just shiny and/brushed metal watches. It's easy enough to get some silver cleaner to bring it back to factory should I want to - that's a nice touch IMO.

The silk strap, although nice wasn't really for me, so I went out and go a leather and the correct SS buckle, and it really makes it feel far more dressy. I've kept the silk one as I may come back round to it but for the time being it's safely away with the box.

I've also tried it on a dark green rubber strap which I think goes well with it, and maybe I'll save that for the beach.

Lovely watch and one I plan to keep for many years

I’ve had this watch for 25 years and all it ever needs from me is a new battery every 4/5 years and the date and times changed due to calendar and BST/GMT changes. It never misses a beat.

Yes it’s been through the wars but it’s been my diver watch in many seas and oceans over a number of continents and over a couple of decades.

Now it’s become a desk diver (though only from time to time), but it always grabs people’s attention. In watch boutiques an AD will want to spend as much time taking about it as the time they spend talking about what I’m interested in. It’s never going to leave me and I it, I love it!
