Rolex is probably the most recognized watch brand in the world, even among non-enthusiasts. The company was founded 1905 as Wilsdorf and Davis by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis in London. It would later move to Geneva and become Rolex SA. The brand is rather conservative in their style and design, with most new watches being either variations of existing models or incremental improvements.
